Tengo familia encasi todo Puerto Rico en Aibonito,Ricon,Yabucoa, Bayamon, Pajaro, Caguas, Toa Alta y muchos mas. llegue a los Estados Unidos a los 13 anos para conocer a mi Mama natural. pero sus costubren no son iguales y no hay calor de familia como en Puerto rico. Como regalo de navidad yo me doy a mi misma un vuelo a Puerto Rico. En Mayo viajo para celebrar el dias de las madres con mi abuelita! engo mas que decir pero no tengo mucho espacio... - I this moment I'm attending Colorado Technical University for my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justices. I'm Schedule to graduate May 2009. My ideal job is to become a lawyer or a spoke person for what branch? Only God knows. my current position: I currently own Grime Buster Cleaning Service Inc. In Chicago our focus is Commercial Cleaning not so much on residential.

Thank you for the welcome. Well in regards to your business there are several things that you can do. See one of the things that a lot of people that do when they go into business is not clearly defining their the role they want to take on in their business. You are wearing yourself thin by doing everything. I understand about not trusting or in my case it was about delegating the work to others. You want to have absolute control of the business and feel that you are the only one that can do things perfect. If you are not willing to delegate you are going to keep on feeling overwhelmed and instead of running the business it will run you. You need to take a step back and analyze where you want to take the business and what your role within the business will be. Did you ever write a business plan? If you want to get expert advice on how to get your business to where you are not doing everything let me know I can refer you to someone in Chicago. If there is anything that I can do let me know.
